LBC Lighting offers a Free Pick Up service option, allowing local customers the convenience to pick up their order from our warehouse. The pickup in-store option will be available to customers during checkout if they are local in the Greater Los Angeles area and selected items in the cart are eligible for in store pick up.

How do I know if my order is eligible for will call?
Most in stock items at LBCLightingPro.com are eligible for same day pickup. Simply add the items you want to purchase to your cart, choose "Store Pickup" at checkout, and proceed to place your order.
Can I pay for my order in-store at time of pick up?
No, payments must be made online in full during checkout.
Will call orders only accept credit card and PayPal. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
When will my order be ready for pickup?
All eligible orders placed before 12PM PST, Monday through Friday, are eligible for same day pickup. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for pickup.
Please allow us a minimum of 2 hours from time of order to get your order ready.
If your eligible will call order is placed after 12PM PST, your order will be available for pickup the following business day. (Monday thru Friday)

What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?
At the time of pickup, you or your specified pickup person must bring:
- Your government-issued photo ID
- A copy of your will call email notification
Can I have someone else pick up my order for me?
If someone else is picking up your order, you must specify their contact information at the time of checkout.
The assigned person must bring their photo ID, and will call email confirmation at the time of pickup.
* Your order will not be released unless the pickup person shows a government photo ID that matches the name specified on your order.
How do I change or cancel a pickup order?
To change or cancel a will call order, please notify us immediately at email@example.com or call 626-618-0614.
I need to return an item(s), can I return the item(s) in-store?
Yes, you may drop-off your return packages at our warehouse free of shipping. However, before drop-off, you must request for a Request Authorization Number (RAN). Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
