OVERVIEW
The Nora 5" IC Air-Tight Dedicated New Construction housings are designed for use with all 5" Nora Lighting LED retrofit luminares. IC housings are high quality, light weight units ideal for use in insulated ceilings. Airtight construction reduces energy costs by reducing the amount of air escaping through the ceiling.
Features:
- Trim and light bulb sold separately
- Voltage: 120V
- Dimming: Triac / ELV or 0-10V dimming
- Minimum Clearances: Housings are direct contact rated; no minimum clearance is required
- Ceiling Thickness: Housing adjusts from 5/8" 1-1/4" to accommodate various ceiling thicknesses.
- Bar Hangers: Bar hangers are adjustable from 13-5/8" to 24-1/2" and can be repositioned 90º
- Junction Box: Junction box is listed for through branch circuit wiring and contains seven 1/2" knockouts and four ROMEX pryouts with strain relief
- Emergency Option: 90 minute battery back-up must be ordered and installed as a self contained kit set apart from the housing
